Rate Quotes

Teapplix ActionShip can provide rate quotes for DHL eCommerce, regardless of “Endicia” or “Direct” mode you chose.

To enable rate quotes, you need to do the following:

• obtain your rate spreadsheet from your DHL eCommerce rep
• email your rate spreadsheet to support@teapplix.com together with your Teapplix Account Name

We will confirm loading of your rate spreadsheet by email. After that you can obtain DHL eCommerce rates:

• by clicking on the “Edit” pencil underneath each order (after you have selected shipping method and weight)
• by clicking on the “Rate Quote” button on open orders page after you selected a list of orders

We can show rate quotes for both domestic and international services.
