We have released capability to buy FedEx and UPS shipping labels from Temu. There is a setting checkbox on Integration page for Temu that you can turn this on. Other carriers will continue to be purchased directly from Carrier accounts setup in Teapplix.
The process to print is the same for Temu buy shipping as using native carriers. We use 'default warehouse' defined in Temu as your ship from address, so this is not controlled by Shipping Profile.
Temu Buy Shipping Label API is not real-time. So in Teapplix after you push 'Ship' button on one or several orders, Teapplix may wait up to 28 seconds on each order to see if the label is available and generate the PDF.
If after 28 seconds label is still not available, Teapplix returns a raw error message from Temu when we try to fetch the label. What you can try is to wait a few seconds and push 'Ship' button again on the orders that failed, and you should eventually get the label PDF. While we currently mark in our database that label purchase is done, there is currently no UI to show this so you will not know the difference of 'purcase label failed' vs 'label is coming later', so we suggest you retry again within a few mintes.
Currently, we do not recommend printing Temu buy shipping labels in large (20+ order) batches.
