Teapplix helps you manage quantities and synchronizes inventory quantity to multiple channels (marketplaces, shopping carts, etc.) every 15 minutes. In addition, Inventory Advisor helps you track profit & loss and by SKU, or by channel, helping you optimize your profits.

Products and Item Mapping

Teapplix can automatically import products from your selling channels or QuickBooks. You can add or import products manually. We allow properties like images, brand, mpn, location, asin / upc, customs information etc. to be defined.

If your product SKU on the various channels is not consistent, Teapplix allows you to map the channel SKU to a centralized set of Teapplix SKU. Multiple channel SKUs can be mapped to a single Teapplix SKU.

Support for Variations

Variations are supported. Each variation will match to a separate product and have a separate quantity associated with it.

Support for Combos

Teapplix support "kits", are also known as combos. Teapplix can auto calculate the quantity available information for combo product by looking at component product available quantity. When you sell a combo product, the quantity of each component is deducted.

Quantity Management

Teapplix can either act as the inventory master or read quantities from QuickBooks or other systems as the "inventory master":

• Teapplix as Inventory Master - Product quantity entered into Teapplix
• QuickBooks as Inventory Master - Product quantity synced from QuickBooks to Teapplix
• Multiple Warehouse - You define multiple warehouses in Teapplix, each could have a different "master mode". When you turn on multi-warehouse, there can be a different quantity for each SKU, per warehouse.

Orders downloaded into Teapplix will automatically be deducted from the entered quantity. If you use multiple warehouse mode, you can assign orders as well as listings to different warehouses:

• Orders assigned to a warehouse will deduct available quantity from the warehouse
• Listings assigned to a warehouse will use the quantity available from that warehouse to sync

Listings Quantity Sync

Teapplix can sync the quantity information back to listings. You can  select the specific listings, and push a button to sync the current quantity available known to Teapplix back to the listings. Or, if you like, you can turn on a 15 minute auto update, then  every 15 minutes, Teapplix will update all listings where the quantity no longer matches what's known to Teapplix.

Price Update

Teapplix allows you to upload "price update" csv to update the price of your products across multiple channels and accounts in just one upload. You can specify different price per listing ID, per listing variation, or per seller SKU from a specific marketplace.

Profit Loss, Inventory Alerts & Purchasing Reports

Teapplix provides detailed, per SKU profit & loss tracking. The selling price, fees charged by the channel, postage paid to print shipping labels, and product cost are all tracked to compute the profit & loss.

We provide inventory alerts to show you SKUs almost running out of stock and reports to help you plan purchasing. We also alert you to "stale" SKUs that are not selling any more.
