Reprint, Cancel and Refunds

You can reprint Teapplix USPS label on Batch History page. You can either reprint the entire batch, or individual orders. Notice USPS restricts mailing out old labels pass their ship date.

You can cancel labels on batch history page also. For Teapplix USPS, refunds will be issued 14 days after your submit the cancel request, subject to USPS approval. You will see the refund status in your Postage Report page.
