Endorsement for Ground Saver less than 1lb
This is the USPS “Endorsement” for packages less than 1 lb. The value of the endorsement controls what happens if the package can not be delivered. If you do not use Ground Saver, you can ignore this setting.

Endorsement for Ground Saver other
This is the USPS “Endorsement” for packages 1lb or greater, including media mail and bound printed matter. If you do not use Ground Saver, you can ignore this setting.
